Andrew Gyopar
Founder and Executive Producer
In 1991, Andrew embarked on his radio career as a presenter and producer at Melbourne's Triple R. Since then, he has continued to present and produce radio programs for a variety of community and commercial radio stations throughout Australia. Andrew's diverse media experience also extends to television, where he has produced and executive produced content for both free-to-air and cable TV networks, as well as radio and television commercials.
Today, Andrew wears multiple hats. As a theatre promoter, he can be found at the forefront of the entertainment scene, sharing his insights and passion under the moniker @AndrewGshowtime. As a theatre media publisher, Andrew contributes to the cultural dialogue through TheTheatre.au, offering a platform for discussions and explorations within the theatre world. Simultaneously, as a theatre producer affiliated with Theatrical Academy, AG Theatre, and Theatrical Inc, Andrew continues to play a pivotal role in bringing compelling theatrical experiences to audiences. His multifaceted contributions highlight not only his enduring commitment to the arts but also his ability to seamlessly navigate the ever-evolving landscape of media and entertainment.
Kim Anderson
Head of Drama
Kim is an award-winning theatre director and performing arts educator with experience in theatre that spans two continents and several decades. After earning a BA in Theatre Performance, Kim worked as a professional actor taking on additional roles ranging from costume designer to touring road show and production management across the northern tier of the United States. An encounter with a trio of Australians eventually landed her in ‘Oz’ where she became a theatre educator in the Bayside area. While at St Leonard’s College, Kim spearheaded the development of the Hart Theatre Company spending 9 years as Executive Producer, Artistic Director, and head of Theatre Production. Kim has directed more than 30 theatre productions, including two with Theatrical (Little Women & The Wizard of Oz)

Rebecca Sabatino
Head of Music
Rebecca is an engaging educator and performer. Rebecca trained at Federation University, graduating with a Bachelor of Music Theatre; and has worked in children’s entertainment touring both nationally and internationally with Peppa Pig – Live Treasure Hunt. Rebecca is passionate about performing arts education and was previously the Music Associate for Choir for the Victorian State School Spectacular. She has also tutored with the Australian Girls Choir and delivered choral programs with ASPA Education across Victoria for over 15 years.

Madeline Pratt
Head of Dance
Maddy is a Melbourne based performer and choreographer who works in various avenues of Musical Theatre, Dance, Live Theatre, TV, and Voice Overs. After years of extensive dance training, Maddy moved to Ballarat for her studies in Music Theatre at Federation University; graduating 2017 and recently studied at the New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts on a Music Theatre scholarship. Maddy also works as a dancer and gig performer for companies such as Fresh Creative Entertainment and The Entertainment Store where she has performed shows at Carols By Candlelight and the Australian Open. Maddy is an experienced educator who has taught dance and theatre for over 10 years.
